Make Kaua’i your Home. A select few vintage traditional estates, already directly adjacent to proposed ICO core preservation acreages.
A select few private reserves—adjacent to conservation lands or recreational preserves.
Residency Retreats, Thematic Retreats, Recreation Stays, Time Share, Group Initiatives, and other Private Estate Combinations.
Commercial or non-commercial real-estate arrangements, or other Partnerships which further ICO’s ecological themes, mission, or project/community placement.
